So I got a new fitbit pebble, have been charging it for at least 2 hours, it is vibrating when I plug it in but the screen is not displaying anything nor is the light flashing. I have tried resetting and it does vibrate but again there is no display coming up on the screen.

If you have tried a Restart, try it several times but if that doesn't work, contact Customer Support.

I was afraid that was the case but a good old fashioned restart is always worth a try.

My Fitbit Charge 2 won’t vibrate when plugged in , completely dead

Had  fit bit charge 2 for about two months and it is completely dead it will not charge and there is no vibration at all I can’t even get it to turn on by pushing in the knob on the side and nothing works. Completely dead
