I have the Charge 2 and just got the new iPhone 11. Now I am not getting any notifications on my Fitbit since switching to the new phone. I have tried all the troubleshooting: deleted the app and reinstalled, turned off Bluetooth and restarted my phone, restarted the Fitbit, a combo of all of the above and restarting, turning off notifications and restarting. Nothing is working. I refuse to spend money to buy the new Fitbit, I never had a problem with my Charge 2 before and it’s in great condition. Is anyone else having this issue?

I guess your new phone is running iOS 13. If so, there's a bug at the moment affecting notifications with iOS 13. Keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit are posting updates:
