hello - i‘ve got a New tracker (charge 4) - the old one tracker of my charge 4 has broken - but it doesn‘t Show anything - is it possibly that i have to Order a New charging System For the net tracker ? ?

The charging cable/system should be the same, for the same tracker. Didn't the new tracker come with a new charging cable/system?

 

I found that connecting the charge 4 charging cable can be fussy to get things aligned. I assume that you know how to connect the charger, since this is a replacement. If you are sure that the charging connector is properly attached to the tracker, could it be the charging cable, or the wall plug is defective?

The charging system for the same model is the same. Any reason why you think there is a need to order a new charging system.

Hi i‘ve Thought that i Must buy a new charging System When i have a new Tracker but the charging System is Working nor the new Tracker does Not Show anything ;-(

Hi - no the charging System is doing well also the wall Plug because i can charge my old Tracker which is broken ... 

 

No i have got no new charging System because the new Tracker is a replacement.

Try putting the tracker into the charging unit and press and hold the side button for 8 seconds or so, until you sense a vibration and a smiley face greets you. This is supposed to restart the tracker.

Just wondering ... can I see a pic of the broken parts of old tracker?

 

At the mean time, I think you should contact Fitbit Support again about the non-working replacement tracker.

Am just thinking if it is possible to salvage the parts from the new tracker to fix the old tracker 🙂
