I let my Fitbit Charge 2 go to 0% battery because I didn't bring the charger to camp. After I got home and charged it back up, it wouldn't turn on (no display). I just discovered that it really is working, because my steps are showing up on my phone. What's going on, and how can I fix it? I tried a restart and did a Fitbit Chat, but they couldn't help me.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 display not working. The restart is the suggested troubleshoot so thank you for trying this. Since the issue persist please let our Support team that the device still isn't working to see which options they may have for this.
