My Fitbit Charge 3 has a white display since April 28th, this is already a replacement I received from Fitbit support last year in September for the original one I bought in May 2019 and got a black screen.
I reached support that was fast and issued a replacement order, that was canceled afterwards and stop answering.
I opened another support query when the white screen evolved for the battery dying really fast, they disregarded the white screen when they answered and never replied back.
Today the issue evolved for the watch stop working completely before it was restarted. Since nobody from support is answering anymore, I decided to publish here to see if users are having the same issue with support.
I do understand that due to the pandemic situation answers might take a little longer, but the lack of care of this support is going extra.
Hopefully someone from support will answer me before the watch dies for good. Is a pity, cause I am a loyal customer since 2015 and would hate to change brands, but can’t see other options if the support doesn’t respect the customers.

Hi, Good luck. My story matches yours. Had new one. Died shortly after. Got a replacement. That too is dead and Fitbit now told me pretty much good luck. Mine just died and I had to locate support though I had little difficulty getting someone. Please try at Twitter a direct message to @FitbitSupport and if not on email to https://contact.fitbit.com. Good luck. Hopefully your story is better than mine.

My Charge 3 just died last night and won't hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. It's a year old so very disappointing. I've had multiple generations of Fitbits for over 7 years. Would be very sad if I have to switch now.

Sorry to hear...I am in same boat. I have had Fitbit for 5 years but I am losing hope. I just now checked the Charge 4 forum and that was even more depressing than the Charge 3 forum.
