No display on Charge 3

The display has gone off. Tried resetting, tried the option to check whether in sleep mode, but do not get any display after press side button for some time.

 

Had a issue of only seeing the last line in display for some days. Now there is no display.  Vishy

Please could you also assist me as I’m having the same issue.

Unit started losing charge and screen turned off. Performed reset and it
worked for a day and now doesn’t do anything from a display perspective and
just vibrates when placed on the charger and the button is pressed.

Please could you also raise a ticket as the live chat was seemingly not
working. Thank you

Hi there,

 

I'm having the same issue, too. My screen has only been lit on the bottom half for the past couple of days. I've tried waking it, resetting it, and everything else mentioned in the above posts. Now it's gone completely dark, but it still buzzes and seems to be syncing with my phone.

Would you be able to help me as well?

@Wolfmother61 Welcome to the Community. 

Thank you for reaching out. Have you troubleshooted this issue? Please let me know if you have tried the restart instructions:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times have been longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat. Click here to get connected.

Hi my wife had the same issue, to solve it we just changed the clock face to something else and it came back on, then changed it back to what it was before and it was fine, worth a try
