Very much disappointed by Fitbit charge 2. It’s not even been 3 years and there is no display on my device. Buying a product worth $150 and not having life at least for 3 years is very bad. Up on reaching customer service all that they suggested me is to restart the device and that did not help. Fitbit not having product support team to fix these sort of issues really sucks.

Thank you for reaching out to our Support team regarding your Charge 2 display not working. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.

I'm really disappointed with Fitbit as well. My charge 2 has no display everything else works. its only 1 month out of warranty and they refuse to help.
