I have Xiaomi note 4 device and synchronise with fitbit charge 2 there is synchronise problem not getting nitnotificati. And when I got notification its to late not on time during notifications will appear.

Hi @Krishna_r, welcome aboard! This phone model, the Xiaomi Note 4 is not compatible with Fitbit devices, so I'm afraid that you might experience syncing issues with your Charge 2 as well as not getting notifications. However, I'd like to share with you the troubleshooting in these help articles: My Fitbit device isn't getting notifications from my phone. and on this other one: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? I can't guarantee that this will work, but please give it a try.
