I have been getting simplified sleep data on my charge 2 for the last 4 nights. I have turned my Fitbit off and on, cleaned the sensors and wristband and ensured I am wearing it 2 finger lengths above wrist bone as advised. What else can I do to correct this? Could the recent update have caused this?

My fitbit app suddenly started showing only heart rate. I no longer can see how I slept. Since I have sleep apnea that was important to me.

I've recently seen the same and have gone through the recommended resets. This appears to have been an issue back in 2017 (search older threads). The device will display sleep stages in the morning but if I remove the device for any length of time, it interpretes that as sleep and adds the time to the Morning reading which then erases the sleep stages to simplified sleep patterns. This is not an unknown issue. I have a call into customer service for this and to ask for a link where I can download an unabridged User Guide.
