Thank you , that has done the trick!!!!! I have an iPhone 5s and that has just worked. Was thinking of ditching Fitbit fot an Apple Watch. I love my text alerts. 👍🏼😀

I have the iPhone XS and all I was receiving on my new Alta HR was call notifications and calendar notifications. I searched for the past 4 months, tried every single suggestion and just gave up. NOTHING worked! Today I gave it one more try so I did this.....

Settings ---- Notifications ---- Picked my "messages" app ---- Allow Notifications ---- Under Alerts I made sure Notification Center was selected.......suddenly my Alta HR vibrated ---- I got someone to text me and VOILA!!!! Now I get texts!!!!!

I have an iPhone 7 and  don’t see the show in history in messages. Any advice ?

On iPhone 7, go to settings, notifications, messages, and if your show messages is set to never, change it to when unlocked or always. Fixes the problem right up. Let me know if it works for you.

Same here. I've literally been driving myself insane trying to fix this. I get EVERY SINGLE OTHER notification except my texts. Soooooo beyond frustrating.

Hi, You are welcome, I spent ages trying to work out what was wrong with my Fitbit and I found it very frustrating, so when I found a solution I thought by posting it here it may help others, glad it worked for you 👍🏻😃
