Has anyone had their charge 2 stop flashing up with notifications and have any idea how to fix it?

 

ive got the settings for both calls and text messages set to on but it no longer vibrates. Bit of a pain, was really useful as my phone is perpetually on silent.

 

Any ideas or is it time for a new one? I’ve only had it couple of years thought it would last longer than that

UPDATE I’ve tried the iOS 13 fix but can not get it to come up on the Bluetooth section to allow notifications despite several restarts... looks like the bluetooth my have an issue.

can’t be my phone it’s brand new this week and this issue predates it
