This is the third time my watch has done this. First time, lasted about 2 weeks, second time, a couple of days. It is still syncing information, but very annoying. It started working on it's own both previous times, so hoping same.
I've also had this issue. Actually mine has been on a downward spiral of increasing issues since the weekend. It began with the app not being able to find the device even though it was sitting right next to it. I ended up having to remove the device and reinstall and pair it several times. The the screen stopped working. Yesterday it struggled to record my steps, and only recorded 15 minutes of my 30 minute walk. The screen then went from a black background to white, and when i pressed the button on the side the display would only flash up, i wasn't able to scroll through anything. Then this morning when i got up i noticed that the time was incorrect on it. Suffice to say there seems to be an increasing problem with it and I've only had it 6 months as it was a Christmas gift. I did send an email on Sunday i think it was but no-one has got back, so have no idea what to do now since its virtually unusable.
Did my walk while it was raining. Turned my Fitbit do it wouldn’t get wet. Came home, screen is black/ blank. Tried to reboot , nothing works. I can’t shut it off because I can’t see anything on my screen. Help😳😳
Best AnswerI am also having problems with my charge 3. The screen is blank and there is no vibration when I press the side button. The green lights are flashing. I tried rebooting it with the charger and holding the button but nothing happened. I tried changing the clock face and a loading line came up on my Fitbit and then it went back to nothing. So irritating!!
Best AnswerJust ordered an Apple Watch 5 on Amazon🙌🙌🙌 Great price! I had this Fitbit for years and now I think it’s time to move on!!!
I tried everything to fix it, no luck🤨
Good luck🙏🙏

Best AnswerI wanted to follow up on this. Yesterday I followed the instructions on the help page--attached the charger and pressed the button. The face lit up and everything is working fine again. I sure hope Fitbit gets these irritating kinks worked out. The only device I have not had problems with is the Zip!
