No weekly reports

I have received no weekly reports or low battery reminder emails since October. Tried unsetting  flag and re setting but still nothing

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that you haven't received your weekly reports. Check your spam and junk folder on your email. Also when was the last time you synced your tracker? If you don't sync periodically then no report will be issued.

Thanks for your response. I have checked spam & junk but no emails. I synced my device only yesterday so maybe I need to wait a few days? How often should I sync?
