So my Charge 2 works perfectly fine. But my girlfriend’s Charge 2 only notifies her of phone calls, no text notifications. We both have iPhones and are up to date on iOS 13.2.3; I double checked and her Fitbit setting and the Notifications in the Setting App match mine. We’ve tried deleting the app and resynchronizing her Charge 2 to her phone, but it still only gives her call notifications, no texts. Any suggestions? Moderator, any word on the iOS not being compatible with the app?

Let me help you with your girlfriend's Charge 2 not getting notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

I’m having the same issue. I have tried everything they have suggested to me from Fitbit but nothing is working.
