Not Syncing Real Time

Hi my Fitbit charge HR isn't calulating steps on my phone in real time but it is still calulating steps on my watch.

I've tried all the usual trouble shooting options but nothing works.

Any suggestions.

The app does not show real time. You have to sync it.

Yes but after you have synced on your phone you should able to see the steps you are doing in real time if you keep your app open and you are exercising.

Mine isn't syncing in real time anymore, either.

It could be that these problems are being caused by the ongoing bug in the android app that's documented in this thread:

I got a new update this morning and it seems that the problem with the real time count and dials reading zero has been fixed.

This continues to plague me.  I can get it to sync, but if I let if go past one week, my data is lost.  Frustrating.
