Not Syncing

My device doesn't appear to be syncing properly, when I go onto the app it always shows a lower number of steps/activity than my fitbit, or it shows no activity at all. The app says "device not found" but my Bluetooth settings say it's connected.

Mine no longer tracks heart rate, going to Garmin, done trying to get it to work

When you restart the phone, then the app finds the device and sync. It is particularly bad since the last major app face update. Please Fitbit - fix this bug.
