I have rebooted both devices multiple times. I cleared the user data and have rebooted the charge 3. I tried to pair the Charge 3 to my husband's motorola and it will not finish pairing on his device either. Does anyone have alternative fixes? I have spent hours trying to get them to pair. When I try to pair the devices the app says it has found my tacker, but after several minutes of the wheel spinning and 'connecting', it says to try again. I think I have tried it 20 or more times.

My Charge 4 pairs, but does not remain paired to my new Pixel 4a. I've had to re-pair it every morning for the last 3 days.
