Not able to accept challenges

The other night my Charge 2 would not update my steps. Fixed that and now I can not accept any challenges

Hello @Emcw1993 we do not accept challenges through the the tracker on our arm but through the Fitbit app on our phone. The quest up is, what type of phone are you not able I accept challenges through?

 I am also having trouble excepting challenges from friends. I have a challenge I want to join and I couldn’t find it. I went through my email click to except challenge,it went through the App Store,  then it opened my Fitbit app and still didn’t show the challenge I have searched through the app and cannot find where my challenge is so I can accept it. I used to be able to find them.
