I’ve got a Charge 3, and I can’t get it to charge, I’ve cleaned the charger port, changed outlet to charge have done everything/suggested to charge

"You've gotten a Charge 3" you say. Have it ever charged the battery proper while in your possession? If not you might have got a faulty device/charger in the first place.

I have also had trouble charging my Charge 3. I have cleaned as instructed and have rebooted. All to no avail. My Charge 3 isn’t very old.

Same for me. Owned it 18 months, suddenly it won't hold a charge for more than a day and it won't charge at all. Cleaned charging port, pins, changed outlet, restarted, but nothing works so far.
