My Fitbit device receives an OTP but still doesn't connect. I've tried it several times but it still doesn't work. What to do? Should I post a video about the problem?

What is an OTP?
What is it that you want to do?
Are you trying to sync, or setup the Charge HR.
Why would the Charge HR need to be set up.
