First of all, your customer service is AWESOME! My band broke and Fitbit replaced it, free! Thank you!
But for the past week, I've been getting the general sleep reading, which doesn't show REM. I've worn it tighter looser, and on the inside of my wrist. Also, I remove it when I get up but it continues to register sleep! I got up at 5:40 this morning, yet it said I slept way past that. Thank you
