Tried to get the Charge2 to sync with all the suggested steps, but what finally worked was when I turned Bluetooth off on all 4 extra devices (laptop, 2 tablets, extra Iphone) in the house. This left just my Android phone with Fitbit App and Bluetooth on. Boom! Opened the app and pushed the sync now button, not expecting anything, but there it was starting to sync, took 5 min and then I updated firmware, took another 15 min...but, finally time and date reset to correct day. Somewhere I read that the first device that may have linked to the Charge 2 is the default, but that with all thses other devices having been linked to the app at one time or another, and all Bluetooth active, it was jammed. works now! Woo-Hoo!
