I've had the charge 3 for several months, tried EVERYTHING I've found online to reset it, etc. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. The low battery notification is turned on for ALL platforms (email, text, push) but I have yet to ever get a notification that my battery is low.

How often does your tracker sync. Next time force a sync while you know the battery is low.

It syncs all the time.

Hi there @theonlynikki. Thanks for checking the settings to make sure you have notifications enable. Nice way to go!
Go to this page (notifications) and make sure that the notifications for low battery are on for both mobile and email. If they are, please turn them off and save the changes. Then, turn them back on and save. You should receive notification afterwards!
On the tracker, check your battery level at any time: from the clock face, swipe up. The battery level icon is in the top-left corner of the screen.
Your tracker continues to track your activity until your battery runs out.
Thanks for your help @Rich_Laue.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Sure thing @theonlynikki. Give it one last shot and let me know if this time it works.
You can also try restarting your Charge 3 before making the changes in the settings. In order to do so, see: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Keep me in the loop!
