My mom has a charge 2. I tried to sync her charge 2 so she can see who is calling and texting. I followed all the steps online and it still doesnt work.
I sync mine also as we have the same kinda fitbits. Mine works.

Could it be that your mom's charge 2 is in "do not disturb" mode? This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2

Hey @Jwuchic4, welcome aboard! I appreciate you have taken a look at the instructions to set the notifications. As @SteveH mentioned, maybe your mother's Charge 2 is on "Do not disturb". To check it out this, please press and hold the side button. If not, let me ask you this, which phone model is your mother using? Is it a compatible device? 'Cause if it is not, that could be the main reason. So please let me know so I can help you out better.

I have the Samsung Galaxy S9. The Fitbit is paired and notifications are on. But I do not get any notifications. What can I try next?

She can sync her fitbit but I just cant get it to show her text and whos calling.

@Jwuchic4 thanks for your reply! Ok, so you have the LG G5. Well, let me tell you that this phone isn't a compatible device, as you can see in this link. However, you can try the troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone. I can't guarantee but they might work.

Ok, the LG G6 is a compatible device, so your mom shouldn't have any inconveniences with inconveniences, at least that she has her Charge 2 in "Do not disturb mode" So please press and hold the side button on her tracker, to make sure of this. Also, I'd like to know if you have tried the tips on the help article that I previously posted.
