Not getting text and call notifications

I am not receiving text and phone call notifications.

A common cause of this with the Charge 2 is where the fitbit is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?

I use a Blackberry Z10 and am not receiving any notifications, notifications is turned on buy the way.

Hey @Recordman, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Oh! My dear, the phone model that you are using, the Blackberry Z10 is not on the compatible devices list, so I'm afraid that probably it won't work with any Fitbit, or it might sync, but you may experience connectivity issues with notifications and connected GPS. However, you can take a look at our troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit isn't receiving notifications from my phone but I can't guarantee that this will work.

Fitbit charge 2....I phone (apple products).  Can’t find DO NOT DISTURB anywhere on Fitbit ...thanks.  Not receiving text and email notifications.

Hey @DianeSlider, welcome aboard! The "Do not disturb"  mode can be activated or deactivated by pressing and holding the side button on your Charge 2 until it vibrates. So give it a try and let me know. 😉

My notifications is ON.  But not synced with iPhone for texts?    I did that, but no vibration.

Thanks for your reply @DianeSlider! Are you getting call and calendar notifications? If so, but no texts, I suggest you to verify that the notification settings are correctly configured on the iPhone for the following apps:

  1. The Fitbit App

  2. Phone

  3. Messages (text)

  4. Calendar 

  5. 3rd Party Apps
