Fitbit charge2 is showing simplified sleep. This happened before and was corrected by a restart. Now happening continually even after restart. Tried restarting 3 times but still not working. It is in correct position on wrist and is worn 24 hours. Not happy with Fitbit this is my third one having had 2 trackers replaced in the past. I am 76 years old and on pension Fitbit is an expensive product that doesn’t seem to do the job for long

Hello @Wyky, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation? Also, on the actual simplified sleep log, you received any message informing why you didn't received Sleep Stages? To find such information, please go to your sleep records, tap on the simplified sleep log and then scroll down.
If possible, please send me a screenshot of such error message so we can move forward. You can refer to this post to attach the screenshot.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Simplified sleep mode first reappeared on 9 September. I restarted Fitbit and had one day of full sleep mode and the Fitbit reverted back to simplified sleep mode. I restarted Fitbit but did not remedy fault. No error message is shown. Fitbit is a waste of time they do not last more that 12 to 18 months. A very expensive piece of rubbish, would not recommend this to anyone. I am 76 years old and can not afford to keep replacing tracker
