Not receiving battery low emails

I am no longer receiving emails to let me know my battery needs to be charged. Or the email recaps of my friends and how I compare to them with my weekly steps.

Have you checked your spam folder for these emails? If you haven't, I recommend checking this. Also, I suggest verifying that your Fitbit app is updated by following the instructions in the article: How do I update the app to the latest version?.

I have updated my app and I still am not receiving the low battery emails that I used to receive.  And, I checked my spam folder, and they are not there.  What else can I check?
