Thanks for the image that was attached on your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? Which mobile device you're currently using? You are not receiving any type of notifications on your Charge 2?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Please take in consideration that your current mobile device isn't listed as a compatible device with our products and services in our compatibility list. Even though your mobile device is not compatible, can you please try the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post and let me know the outcome? If by any chance those steps don't work, please try with a compatible device instead and let me know if the issue persist so we can move forward with this situation.
