This has been going on for a while now. I have followed all of the restarting instructions to no avail. Any suggestions, do I require a new device?

A common cause of this is where the Charge 2 is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?
