Not receiving text notifications

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iPhone are you using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? Are you not receiving text notifications only or phone calls too? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I have the phone 10 and I do get the phone calls but not my txt ever since the I phone updated the last time been more then six month since I have not received any txt messages on my Fitbit

I have an iPhone 10XS Max and a Charge 2. My Fitbit is not receiving texts or phone calls. I have done the troubleshooting steps and still nothing. I did just receive a notification that someone wants to be friends and I set an alarm and it worked.

I tried everything on end and can’t get txt messages to work even talked to support downloaded the app again restarted everything nothing . Very disappointed this problem hasn’t been fixed yet should be an easy fix but nothing works
