Hiya, past 2 days not tracking my treadmill walks, 1.5 & 2km and my aerobic exercise today, also not getting low battery notifications - got home tonight on 15%!!  Have checked and everything is ticked, synched any ideas please?

@CeeBeeIce Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my response.

 

Let me help you with you Charge 2 not recognizing exercises or battery levels. I would like to know when was the last time your device synced. This could be more a syncing issue than anything else. This would explain why you don't see your exercises nor your battery level notifications. If you are having issues syncing your device please follow these instructions. You did mentioned that "everything is ticked, synched" but are you seeing the data on your account? Could you share a screenshot of your app?
