I just upgraded my phone and now my charge 2 won’t connect, I’ve tried everything I can think of, turning Bluetooth off, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, no joy, does anyone have any recommendations please? TIA xx

To resolve the syncing difficulties you're experiencing, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
