My Charge 2 is no longer syncing data. Today is Sunday & Thursday was the last day it did synced. The device shows the fats but not the app. I’m using an iPhone XR which been find until a few days ago.

Update 

I shutdown my phone for a few minutes before turning it back on. The data synced & is now displaying on both the device & app.
