My charge 3 has not and will not sync!! For over three weeks! Ive been told TO WAIT for it to be fixed!!

They should go back to an older version that worked for now ..I shouldnt be made to wait weeks and not be able to use the device I paid good money for..I should be able to use it as it was designed to be used..Or it should be replaced with a device that works>.Not my fault that the newer app versions dont work!! A few days maybe a week ,, ok..But its now been almost a month!!
