I had my charge 2 about 2 weeks ago. At first I was able to set it up and was working fine. However the last few days my phone won't connect and won't allow me to sync. I don't know if this is anything to do with my phone being a samsung A8 and being on android? I have tried re installing the fitbit app but still not working. Any suggestions?

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
