Not tracking calories

My Fitbit has not been tracking calories correctly for a month now. I have had a huge email exchange and messages on twitter where Fitbit have refused to replace my watch. They tell me that if I had a new tracker either a replacement or I go and buy one that it might not work either!! This is unbelievable that I have paid for a fitness tracker that does not track and Fitbit are not prepared to do anything about it! So angry right now 😖

@NicYates Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your calories aren't being tracked. Check your personal information (weight, height, age, etc.) on your account. Have you tried setting your tracker on a new device (with a different email address)? Also why did Support didn't replace your tracker? Is your tracker still under warranty?

Let me know how it goes!
