Not tracking correct mileage

Having issues with mileage on my Fitbit. Mileage on Google maps shows 6 miles and mine only tracks 5 miles. Anyone else having issues with this?

Yes, my mileage is way off as well.  Very frustrating.  I have the Charge 2.  It's usually .25-.50 miles off.

I was off this morning after an update my bike ride which was typically 13 miles registered as 0.06 mile

Dear Lisa,

I have the opposite problem. It over estimates my run by a quarter mile for every 2 that I run.

I am 71 years old and cannot figure this website out to get an answer.

If someone gives you a clue, would you be so kind as to pass it on to me.
