Hello,
I noticed a couple of weeks ago that my Fitbit (Charge 2) Heartrate monitor had completely stopped. I have tried the remedies recommended on this forum, letting the battery die, cleaning the device, turning the heart rate monitor off and on (and auto to on) and putting the device in the charger and restarting it but nothing has worked.
I noticed yesterday that only one of the green light’s underneath was working.
The screen also has a couple very small blank horizontal lines going across the screen.
Is there any other remedies or is my Charge 2 on its last legs? I have only had the device for a year and a half as my initial Fitbit i purchased didn't work from the beginning.
