I see from the boards that you are tracking this issue for many months. If the issue can not be fixed in several months time, perhaps a replacement is in order? This is one of the main reasons for buying the product. When this FitBit wears out, I will just switch to another tracker. You guys are losing valuable time to fix this issue and keep customers happy

Certainly, our Charge 2 was designed to track Sleep Stages, that said, can you please give me more details regarding the situation you're currently experiencing? Is your Fitbit not recording sleep information at all or you're receiving simplified sleep graphs? Did you already tried some troubleshooting steps prior posting.
