Notification Issues

Charge 2 Issues:

For months now I get notifications of who the person is that is texting but no content. Yes, content is turned ON in settings. Tried resetting multiple times but to no avail.

For calls, I get the notification of the caller BUT, the name typically shows whoever called before the current caller. (Example: John called 30 min ago. Now Bob is calling. John's name appears on the Charge screen, not Bob)

I've only had this Fitbit for a little over a year, not sure why I'm having so many issues

There is an ongoing bug that's causing these issues. Fitbit are investigating. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:
