Notification service not running on Charge 2. Tried restarting app and fitbit with no result. Still not syncing. I seem to have the most up to date app. Anyone have any ideas?

No, I have an android Samsung A5

 All worked fine until Boxing Day and now it will not sync. Saying can't pick up my tracker.

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.

Strange. It has been working for the last year and a half fine, then Boxing Day it stops. Something to do with the tracker I think. Ideas?
