Hi Notification service Is not working in my Charge 2. Call and messages are not received. 

 

My devise is iPhone 7 with update software version. I have logged out of Charge 2 and again logged in but not helping. 

 

Request to help in matter.

A common cause of this is where the Charge 2 is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?
