Razer Phone 2 support

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Despite the Razer Phone 2 being a bit uncommon people have them, and when I decided to start using my Fitbit again I had endless trouble syncing it or even pairing it. Therefore I had to use my iPad to pair only after was it working. Even now my Fitbit will not sync to my phone and I think it would be great if the razer phone series could be added to the list of supported devices.

(I have been using my Fitbit for about 2 years but I decided to make a new account since my old email is no longer being used)

@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. As you mentioned your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. I don't know when or if the phone will be added to the list but you can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you! I really wasn't expecting it to be this easy I thought I had
tried everything. Turns out my iPad was messing with my phone's ability to
sync via Bluetooth, turned it off and it works! Thanks again.
