Hi, since the new update my charge 2 is consistently turning notifications on and off until the battery drains. Is anyone else having/had this problem. Can it be fixed

This can be caused by a problem with the button on the Charge 2. Normally when you press and hold the button it toggles between notifications on / off so it sounds like the button is stuck in. If it is then try to gently release it using, for example, an old toothbrush. If it doesn't appear stuck in then it's probably a broken button and your best option would be to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check on your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
