Notifications area on the Fitbit app won’t open

I’m not getting phone call and text notifications and in the Fitbit app the notifications doesn’t even open. Like it isn’t functional at all . Seriously disappointed!!!

Sorry to hear about this. I suggest you log out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in. If you are using an Android device then clear the apps data by going to settings > apps > Fitbit.
