I no longer receive phone or text notifications on my Charge 4. It stopped working when I installed the latest OS upgrade for Android phone. I have done all the recommended fixes and it still doesn't work

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed. Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you already have them paired.
