My Fitbit keeps not showing notifications. I try and go into the app to refresh and sync it, nothing happens; I've turned off my notifications on the actual Fitbit and then turning it back on, nothing happens; and I've tried to turn off the notifications in the app and then turn it back on, nothing. Then when the notifications start to work, it doesn't work within a few days. It has been a few days since I've gotten notifications on it. I know it is syncing because I still get alarms (I change them a lot) and when I go into the app, I can see what I did that day (steps, sleep...).

Hi @molly_swift5 you'll also need to give your phone permission to give you those notifications. Depends on what platform you have as to where to find the settings. Be sure your phone is on the list of compatible devices, too. click to see

Ok thanks, but I have had my Fitbit for a while and have always had notifications until just recently.

There were app updates for both Android and iOS this week Be sure you have the latest.
