My charge is no longer sending me call or text notifications. I have reset, deleted, paired again, everything imaginable... what's going on? The reason I have this watch is so when I'm working I can see who calls or texts so I know whether they are a client or not... please can we get this problem resolved??

A common cause of this is where the Charge 2 is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?
