I don't see notifications on my fitbit since doing new IOS update. I have done everything I have read (everything is on in my settings) & I still can't receive them. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. I don’t get a notifikation when I recieve a text message. I updated my IPhone on Saturday Night.

There is a known bug with notifications for those using iOS 13. Keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit are posting updates and recommendations:
