My watch is less than 1 year old but recently the strap keeps coming away so it’s dropping off my wrist.

 

ive never even removed the strap before do surely thus should happen?

 

 Would this be under guarantee?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 band falling off. Try pulling the metal tab to the outside so it better secures the tracker. Still I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email. They will determine the warranty status for this item.
